Angela (Angie) Gregory is a Norfolk, VA native and has lived in Hampton Roads all of her life, although she has traveled to various areas throughout the country, Angie, as she likes to be called, is a product of the Norfolk Public School System and she graduated from Booker T. Washington High School and studied Business Administration at Norfolk State University. She’s the proud mother of two sons in Las Vegas, NV and a daughter and grandson in Hollywood, CA.
The guitar is her favorite instrument and she took lessons years ago. Two years ago she learned to drive a three wheeler motorcycle and a few years ago she was a jazzercise student and believes in self care.

The Glamour Makeover
✅Angie shares that when she took that ME TIME to get a full makeover and photo shoot with her host BEAUTY BY MARY…. She felt even more beautiful than she already felt with or without make up. The icing on the cake was the reaction of her neighbor when she arrived home all glammed up and feeling fabulous.
✅More out the box TIME IS NOW decisions like the bucket list…Angie shares her story of learning to ride a 3-wheel motorcycle short of wrecking it she victoriously mastered another life fun goal. No one talked her out of it and that result is fear get out the way. Here I am.
✅Angie, shares that we can get stuck clinging to safety norms young or in our 80’s – remember age is just a number and we can fall into others’ opinions, should and more. Get out of that comfort zone. For example, computers are now more advanced and simpler, yet we feared them when the floppy disk was around. Fear is not the boss of any of us unless we give it power. We can fly like eagles and if we simply trust and go and do and dare to soar!!
Embracing this time, we live in starts with being open to listening to our children who were basically born with a computer in their hands that they boldly touch the world with. T
✅Angie shared that there is an app for everything. Things on her journey became so demanding of change that job security made it imperative to learn and put fear aside and go for the NEW WORLD OF TECHNOLOGY!! Clinging to the “OLD SCHOOL no longer rules.
Embracing Technology, Angie shares it comes with perks. One is being able to see our family members across the country with video tools. VOICE and VIDEO as good almost as being in the room with the grandchildren.

✅ Let’s talk a minute about that. Remembers a late friend of 50 years, Angie shared a memory of being able to have someone like her in her life for years. A friendship card popped up in her paperwork from this dear friend full of encouragement
