When God shows up faith gets tested. But God isn't trying to break us, he's trying to shape us. And he shapes us through faith using everyday life. Sometimes, we are terrified. Terrifying moments are those times when we are facing a seemingly insurmountable situation. Circumstances are such that we can't go back and we can't move go forward. You are powerless to save yourself and you need help – divine help. Times when we are fully aware that unless God intervenes, we will surely be destroyed. Terrifying moments test the genuineness of our faith. They test whether or not we truly trust that God is present.
