Hyper Scape might be shutting down, presaging the potential of other future Ubisoft service games, but David Radd is protecting NPCs which he can't control in Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn and finished up the surprisingly long Guardians of the Galaxy.  Meanwhile, Tuesday must truly be desperate to come to Enter the Gungeon for fun and plays another Inti-Creates game in Master Blaster Zero.  In NFT news, Team17 announces plans and reverses themselves in a day, Troy Baker backtracks for his NFT sponsorship,  Ubisoft's Nicolas Pouard says gamers "don't get" NFTs, Electronic Arts says they're not exploring NFTs right now and most developers say they're not interested in NFTs, according to a survey.   Meanwhile, Epic is continuing to expand their user base on the Epic Game Store and sees multiple Attorney Generals take their side in their civil suit against Apple.  Finally, Activision's management didactically warns employees about joining a union, the FTC step in to look at Microsoft's planned acquisition of Activision Blizzard and Sony shares it's slightly down quarterly report, revises it's hardware forecast down and announces 10 new service games will come by 2026.  In the SNGP topic, David and Tuesday discuss Sony's deal to buy Bungie, what it means and what it doesn't mean  for Sony and speculate that this might be the beginning of a year filled with acquisitions.
