On episode 30 of On The Runs we're joined by Justine Hayward and Nicole Bryant. They come on during our 3rd episode of our Breast Cancer Awareness month to talk about their friend (11:20) Jaye Duncan who is currently in the middle of her Breast Cancer fight. They decided to host a 5k for Jaye to help raise money for Jaye and her family. We go into detail of how they all became a friends, how they found out, and how they decided to take action and use running as a way to support her.
Eric and Erika open the show with some talk about running in the fall with all the colorful leaves, and cap you off with some talk about what they want to run in 2023.
