After a week off we're back fresh off a work trip to Miami and the Philly Marathon. Eric and Erika are back and they welcomed Tara Watt to the Pod (15:30) who shares with us stories of her dogs Arnold and Jack, her BRF's of the 4am crew along with some quality code brown moments. Tara's journey is pretty amazing when you hear it and she has a big goal coming up as she prepares for the 2023 Boston Marathon next April!
