KJ is a local NH runner who joined us to tell us about her journey and what it's like living in Keene NH. She's a bartender, a run coach, a huge Shalane Flanagan and she's willing to give everything a shot, once (Instagram pic).
For our intro and outro we had some audio issues. Even 62 episodes in we're not perfect. We decided to not have our normal intro and outro because the quality was not up to our standards. We'll do better next time and make it up to you, sorry (insert sad face emoji)
