This week we enter into prestige Stephen King films with Frank Darabont's highly lauded "The Shawshank Redemption." We discuss the background of the film and the novella which inspired the film. Frank Darabont's early career and road to getting to direct this film is covered as well. After discussing the background, we talk about all the things we loved from the film and its characters. Finally, we each pair the film with another for a pair of double bills!
