I can't wait for you to dive into today's episode! I've been down the cravings rollercoaster & I know you probably have too! These tips are for combatting cravings in the moment.

 

So where do cravings COME FROM?! Because you know I'm all about that ROOT CAUSE!

 

TIPS to help cravings in the moment:

1. Set timer for 10 minutes before giving into the craving

2. Drink a full glass of room temp water

3. Journal/breathe think about why you’re craving what you’re craving and if it's actually hunger or if it’s emotional

4. If you're having a sweet craving, have a tea latte- hemp/oat milk with herbal tea and 1tbsp cacao powder. If you're having a salty craving, try carrots or celery & hummus/guac or cucumbers with sea salt & hummus/guac.
