We need to start giving ourself some damn credit and feel PROUD of ourselves for what we ARE doing! Instead of looking at all the things you’re NOT doing look at all the things you ARE doing.
And at the same time, we also need to call ourselves out when we know we're not taking action when we need to.
Here's the process I use:
1. Take inventory of all the things you ARE doing that’s supporting your mental, emotional & physical health.
2. Where are you cutting corners/not putting your best effort into it? Not keeping promises to yourself? BE IN INTEGRITY. Where are you not taking action because you don’t want to put in the work that’s required?
3. WHY- what’s the STORY you’re telling yourself about it? Why haven't you deemed it important enough?
4. Are you COMMITTED & dedicated enough to do the work that’s required? ONE STEP AT A TIME. Are you taking advantage of the opportunity in front of you to GROW & evolve & become the person you want to become? Take the opportunity and run with it.
