Jesus promises something amazing: “Whoever believes, rivers of living water will flow from within him.”
Drink in > rivers flow out. Water is symbol of the Holy Spirit. Jesus' revelation about the Holy Spirit divides the era of the law & spirit. Fulfilling Ezekiel's prophecy 36:26-27, "I will give you a new heart & a new spirit in you, remove the heart of stone, give you a heart of flesh & I will put my spirit in you."
You have a glass and drink, and rivers of living water will pour/rush out of you. The flow is not physical but intellectual, moral, and spiritual. The flow is from the innermost being and never ceases. Rivers of love joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith are poured out on society. You can be a great blessing to your family and community.
