Jesus forecasts the reconciliation of all things, including our eternal relationship with him, through the image of a heavenly home that he is going to prepare for all those who put their trust in him. Jesus equips us for the journey through the peace that he offers, which stands in contrast to the fear and anxiety that so often accompany those who live in this broken world.
