Preparing our minds for action ahead of time helps keep our character and witness where it should be. Waiting until the heat of the battle to prepare for battle leaves a soldier unprepared and makes the fight even more difficult. The Holy Spirit in us renews our minds and creates opportunity for victory throughout the day for the believer.
