Description

In this episode, we explore the difference between a clinical diagnosis and disordered thoughts, behaviors and actions. Hayden outlines the Diagnostic Statistical Manual's criteria for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Binge-eating Disorder. Through this, Hayden reveals when she knew she needed help and how she deciphers whether or not to voice her struggles to others now. We learn that the key to openness is vulnerability, and vulnerability leads to strength.
