In this episode, Hayden is joined by rockstar Will Sullivan. Will is a mental health advocate and proud member of the LGBTQIA community. Will shares his journey with us, bringing us through his mental health battles and revealing how he stays strong today. Will reminds us that often times we live our lives for others, putting on a production, with our real identities hiding behind the curtain. As he exemplifies bravery, we realize that true strength is found in embracing one's full self. We are so lucky he chose to share his story with us.
