In 2 Kings 6, we see a beautiful vignette in the life of Elisha. This story is unlike many other stories in the Old Testament. So often we come across account after account of violence, murder, and war; however in this text, in the middle of conflict and war, Elisha reveals an alternative, prophetic way, and the repercussions are huge.
