Emotional Regulation can be a struggle for many with ADHD. Experiencing our intense emotions without becoming carried away, overwhelmed, or shutting down can be tricky!
Many of us develop unwanted habits in order to cope with emotional dysregulation. These habits allow us to “jump off” of emotions that are uncomfortable. In today’s episode we’ll look at a few helpful strategies to support our emotional regulation and how we can apply these to our lives.
