What if you could stop dreading setbacks and accept them as a normal part of growing? When we finally have momentum and we're seeing progress, it can be disheartening when something derails us from our goals.
If you've had enough experiences of "dropping the ball", you may even interpret some of these setbacks as evidence that you can't make real changes in your life, but that’s not true.
Today I'm going to offer you an analogy that I like to use when I'm navigating setbacks in my life. It's a gentler way to view these inevitable "bumps" and can encourage you during the setbacks that come with making the changes that matter to you.
