Andrea Sierra sits down with Greg to talk about some of her experiences that inspired her to help people in recovery. Starting at Crossroads West as an intern, being offered a job at Crossroads and continuing into her work with animal therapy at our Flower facility Andrea has become part of the Crossroads family. Now with a dog named Sammy sleeping under her desk, Andrea continues her education to help clients with trauma and the many ways to cope with it.
