Tim Benson is a Crossroads alumni who now facilitates groups and trains others on how to do the same. He affirms that a big part of his job is inspiring clients and getting them excited about recovery, rather than just teaching them the material. Makes sense, considering he used to be a classroom teacher at a high school. Tim also facilitates a group on the weekends for families’ of clients going through Crossroads. He shares information, helps make connections, and guides worrying families through their loved ones addiction.
