Lauren Lovatt is a plant-based chef, culinary educator and entrepreneur who founded the Plant Academy cookery school in 2019. Inspired by her passion for plant based food Lauren’s mission is to bring the conversation on mental health to the table, literally. Having travelled the world designing menus, opening restaurants, food styling and teaching (most recently at Alchemy Academy in Bali) she is now back in London for the first time in a year to celebrate the launch of her second book, Plant Academy: The Cookbook.
