My first solo podcast! These will be weekly throughout my diet. Updating you on any changes and talking about the process of how you can get into photoshoot shape. I will break it down into 3-5 topics, nutrition, training, mindset, relationships and I will think of another... The first shoot date is set and there will probably be around 5 shoots in total in September & October 2020.
