Thanks to an FOIA by Gun Owners of America, it has been discovered that the FBI has been acting like the police in the movie "Minority Report", coercing American citizens into signing a form that "waives" their right to ever keep and bear arms, which then gets them black-listed in the NICS background check system for life.....and none of them had even been charged with a crime.
They even did this to a high school student whose "crime" was having the audacity to search for "advice on hacking" on a school laptop.
