Daniel Defense, manufacturers of some of the finest AR platform rifles on the planet, is under a three-pronged major assault by Bloomberg/Everytown.
First, "Commie" Carolyn Maloney, who summoned them to stand in "guilty" silence before her on Capitol Hill, was endorsed heavily by Everytown.
Then, Everytown began attempting to sic the Federal Trade Commission on them for "unfair trade practices" by employing outright slanderous accusations.
Lastly, they brought in a law firm from California run by a man that, in spite of his complete lack of grammatical skills and torturous use of the English language, seems to believe that he's going to sue Daniel Defense as well as (in his own words) “We have the school police, OK, Arredondo, we have the city police, and we have the sheriffs and we have the Texas Rangers, the DPS and we have the Border Patrol. There will be some institutional defendants as well, such as school board or such as City Council or such as the City of the Uvalde", for the laughably-monstrous sum of 27 BILLION dollars.
Yeah,...I'm fairly certain Everytown found him sprinting behind an ambulance waving his business card.
