The CDC plan to use these "quarantine camps", which was on their site for a while without anyone noticing, has now been taken down, but not before someone took a screen shot of it (see photo in article linked below), and was titled “Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings.”
