Alex Binder joins me to talk how continuing to discover and utilize his personal uniqueness as transformed his life. From having to make the decision to grow up faster than most at a younger age how that impacted his life.
For those of you that do not know Alex. Alex is one of my closest friends and as wild, goofy and comical he can be. He also brings a unique perspective to life and raising young athletes. He was a high school stand out athlete. Transitioned to college baseball here life took a turn, had to then grow up to figure out his career and identity without a college degree.
He talks about the differences and struggles especially with confidence young kids and athletes are facing and how he has handled those as a parent.
