Kiya Johnson, LSU Gymnast, joins us on Episode 1 of Unbreakable Confidence. Kiya is the 2020 SEC Freshman of the Year and 2021 SEC Floor Champion. She talks about her journey from a kid to her life currently to discuss the habits and confidence she has built to help her achieve all her accomplishments up to this point.
She shares stories of her own courage like when she was deciding on which college to attend. Ultimately deciding for herself on what was the best fit for her.
