Jaelyn Shipman, UNC Charlotte’s Registered Dietician Nutritionist for the 49’er Football Team, joins the Field for Episode 3 to discuss the keys to obtaining peak athletic performance through proper nutrition and good eating habits.  During this episode, Jaelyn will highlight her day-to-day routine for keeping the D1 football program properly fueled and hydrated to optimize athletic performance.  Jaelyn also highlights how a comprehensive eating plan combined with daily training and recovery techniques can match the physical demands of sports and help amateur athletes gain an edge over their competition.
