2 weeks after my last triathlon I decided to lace up my shoes (actually, I still had my speed laces on so no actual lacing was required) and head out to a local 10K race near my 'hood. It was their 10th anniversary and WOW have they grown. I told some friends what I thought my race time would be, was I right?

I also give a special update on my experience "grounding" for about 2 weeks. Has magic happened?
