Welcome back for the first episode of Soft Alchemy with Stevie Reneé, family.
I recorded this in the kind of season that asks you to slow down whether you want to or not, and leaves you sitting with yourself long enough to notice what you’ve been [unnecessarily(?)] carrying. This is where Soft Alchemy found me: inside a stillness I didn’t choose and a quiet I didn’t know I needed.
In this opening episode, I share the story behind Soft Alchemy—how it became a practice, a framework, and a way of meeting myself when everything around me felt uncertain. We explore the difference between rest and avoidance, the armor many of us learn to wear to survive, and what becomes possible when we soften just enough to let truth rise to the surface.
This episode is a gentle reflection on:
If you’ve been moving through change, release, or an in-between season—or if something in you has simply been craving a slower pace—I hope this can be a place where you feel like you can exhale.
A few reflections to carry with you
You’re welcome to sit with these now, or return to them later—in the shower, on a walk, while journaling, or before sleep:
Take your time with these. Allow them to walk with you.

About this space
Soft Alchemy is the evolution of my earlier work, In Case Nobody Told You. While the name has changed, the heart remains the same: creating grounded, honest spaces for healing, reflection, and liberation—especially for sensitive, intuitive, and self-led beings navigating growth in a complicated world.
A gentle note
This podcast isn’t here to fix you.
It’s here to sit with you.
Let it meet you where you are.
Let your evolution unfold in its own time.
