Last week we studied together the wonderful doctrine of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that he would send a Helper. The question that should be pumping through our minds at that statement is: Help for WHAT? As you continue to read your Bible that question transforms to: Help against WHO?
If there is a Helper, then we can conclude there is an enemy. If there is good, then we can conclude there is evil.
If there is light, then we can conclude there is darkness.
How are we to live as children of light in a dark world that constantly attacks morality, purity, and all things that pertain to Jesus? The Bible boils it all down to one word...RESIST!
Today, we will study together the doctrine of the Enemy.
