Dear Austin Ridge,
It is always a joy and a privilege to be with you. Today we come to the story in Genesis known as the Tower of Babel. In this story, God is going to make one thing abundantly clear to the builders of the tower: I am God and you aren’t. Anytime humanity confuses roles with God, He has no problem setting the record straight. Unfortunately He has had to set the record straight all throughout history. The reality is, He will need to set the record straight for many of us here today. My hope is that this story would simply be a reminder of how we who are not God are to respond to Him who is.
