Description

In October 1993, 12-year-old Polly Klaas was having a sleepover at her house with two of her friends. They were trying on possible Halloween costumes, never knowing the danger that was lurking just outside her bedroom door. When Polly was abducted, the search for her soon became the largest manhunt in US history. The tragic outcome of the search was the catalyst for California’s Three-Strikes law.
