In this week's episode, I talk about the power of taking one step at a time. I think it's a really important subject because it encourages chunking down things into smaller steps. It implies that it's one step towards a bigger vision. And no matter how fast we go, as long as we take one step at a time, we're going forward.
Sometimes we create too much pressure on ourselves and make something so big that we become too overwhelmed to take the next step.
