Daniel 3 - Peace
Don’t you just hate/love movies that start halfway into the movie? The hero is being arrested for espionage or whatever, how did he get here? Pause then it happens, across the screen – “Three days earlier” flashback in time.
Daniel 3:16-18; How did they get here?
1 Peter 5:6; Exalted to the brink of death!

Daniel 1 knowledge study Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 11:26
Daniel 2 vision prayer John 14;13; Matthew 6:9-13; (rescue us)
Daniel 3 sharing fellowship Matthew .18:19-20; John 8:31,32 – be at peace.
Strength in numbers - Abraham, Moses, David, Jesus all had 3 close friends
Outcome of this event – they were tested – 1 Corinthians 3:13; passed through the fire
Saved the life of the remnant of God’s people from God’s enemies. Daniel 3:28,29
Abraham walked the fire. Genesis 22:15-18; Moses, Esther, Jesus, Paul Philippians 1:21-24
Their commitment saved the remnant, the children of God. Standing up for the Truth.
Who is the remnant today? God’s people the church, under attack always – Acts 20:29,30

The enemy is not from without – but from within – so how do I keep from becoming the enemy?
2 Peter 3:14-18; Matthew 16:21-23; Jesus said – in Matthew 26:20-22; They knew their weakness
So what do we need to do to avoid becoming a stumbling block? 2 Timothy 2:15; 1 Timothy 4:16
