MUSTARION – means mystery or secret. Something unexplained, unknown or kept secret. My concordance says - it often refers to a misunderstood part of the OT that, with Christ’s coming, is now unveiled. I say is now being unveiled, via the Holy Spirit. Jesus mentions the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven – Matthew 13:11; (Mark 4:11; Luke 8:10; Parable of Sower)
Paul in Romans 16:25; 1 Corinthians 4:1; stewards of the mysteries of God. Ephesians 3:3,4; Colossians 1:25-27; 1 Corinthians 2:7-13; Acts 2:37-38; Acts 8:30,31; Most people cannot understand the mysteries of God why? Because they have no faith in God. Hebrews 11:6; Romans 1:18-20; 2 Timothy 3:16; You must believe the bookends Genesis – In the beginning. 6 days of creation. How did it all begin. Why are we here, Cain and Abel
Revelation – Roman persecution God allows His people to suffer – then comes the judgement day - This is what Paul taught in his sermon to the men at Athens Acts 17:22-31 Today our intellectuals have robbed the world of their ability to find God. Evolution is to them a fact, 8 billion years ago. Everything has been evolving and continues to do so. Therefore you have no purpose, you have no beginning, and you have no life after death, no hope. Your lousy 80 years of life have no value, no meaning, no reward, the world today is Romans 1:18f given over
But we, with FAITH IN GOD, we believe He does exist. He created the world, it is only 10,000 years There is a judgement day, when all men will be held accountable for their deeds, a day of reckoning! And there is one of two destinies where a person will spend eternity, new earth or new Gehenna. To save all of mankind, God sent His Son to pay the price for our sins, and all who believe and respond by obeying the gospel, shall be saved Mark 16:16
How blessed are we who believe and obey God’s word and fully trust in our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Anointed One. We know the mystery, that was kept secret from all, before Christ, but now has been revealed to us by the coming of Christ and wisdom coming from God through the working of the Holy Spirit within. The world will never know this Mystery - unless you take the time, to guide them.
