B.I.B.L.E. basic (best) instructions before leaving earth!
Consider God’s laws as, sound advice or preventive maintenance, like that from your doctor, lawyer, or banker. Advice that, if followed, will help prevent pain and suffering in the future.
Narcissistic personality disorder — is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, with a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. Other words used to describe this condition are conceited, self-centered, puffed up, arrogant, vain, egotistical.
I bring this up because of the many conversations I’ve had in the past trying to explain the role of wives in the kingdom, particularly ‘submit to their husbands’. Ephesians 5:22-24; Colossians 3:18; This word submit is also translated subject, from Greek UPOTASSW – to place under. Remember B.I.B.L.E. the idea of preventive maintenance, to prevent narcissism, arrogance etc.
All Christians must submit:
1. To God – Hebrews 12:9; James 4:7
2. To gov’t – Romans 13;1,5; Titus 3:1,4; 1 Peter 2:13
3. To the elders – 1 Corinthians 16:16; Hebrews 13:17
4. To each other – Ephesians 5:21; 1 Peter 5:5
5. To your parents – 1 Timothy 3:4
6. Slaves to your masters – Titus 2:9; 1 Peter 2:18; Ephesians 6:9; Philippians 16f
This word submit describes a voluntary attitude of readiness to renounce one’s own will for the sake of others…and to give precedence to others. Philippians 2:3-5

Subordination to the will of God does not come naturally to non-Christians. Romans 8:7-9; Man’s hostility to God is the response of his egotism (his desire to be equal to God) to deny God’s claim to his allegiance. Determined to assert himself, to assert his independence, to be the center of his own life, to be his own god, he therefore cannot help but hate the real God whose very existence, gives the lie to all his self assertion. Romans 10:3-4
The attitude of subordination to other human beings does not involve blind obedience to their dictates Galatians 5:1; 2 Corinthians 11:4; Colossians 2:20; For Christians, the primary calling of obedience to Christ defines the limits of submission to human beings, institutions and regulations.
The same applies to all men as well, God’s word goes deeper than we know when it comes to healing the mind and preventing many mental disorders.
Like the man at the well in John 5:14; it is not God punishing men because of their sinful behaviors but when man sins he suffers the consequences from his actions. Today people suffer needlessly because they refuse to come to God and seek forgiveness. Matthew 13:15
God knows you’re a sinner and only He knows your sins, why hide from Him? I encourage us all, delay no longer, why tarriest thou, arise and be baptized and wash your sins away.
If you’re a Christian, then quit whatever it is that separates you from the love of God. Ask for His forgiveness, and let the healing begin, get back into fellowshipping with one another and let the love of God not only fill your heart, but your life and let that love overflow into the lives of all you get to come in contact with, everyday.
