The truth hurts, but silence kills. Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed. Most of us avoid telling the truth because it's uncomfortable. The reason truth hurts is because it's real.
John 8:31-32; So Jesus was saying, “If you ABIDE in My word, then you are truly My disciples; and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
John 17:17; Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth.

1. Telling the Truth is key to eternal relationships and exposes harmful relationships

Your eternal relationship with God begins by telling the truth.

2. Obeying the Truth is key to spiritual survival, avoiding dangerous temptations.
Genesis 39:9; Potiphar’s wife, thrown into jail and interprets two more dreams, Genesis 40:8

3. Sharing the Truth is key to godly success
Genesis 41:12-15,16,31-33, 38-41; 46; Pharaoh’s dreams
Joshua 1:6 strong, obey, courageous
Joseph suffered 3 years as a slave, 10 years as a prisoner before being set free.
God gave him the strength to get through 13 years of suffering by giving Him the Truth
His first set of dreams – Genesis 50:19-21
Joseph didn’t lose sight of the dreams, so he abided in truth. Telling, obeying, sharing
You know the truth, John 14:3; So what are you doing with it?
Telling, obeying, sharing?
Joseph is a great example of success by abiding in the Truth,
