In a word; Vikings. Mike and Zak watched John McTiernan & Michael Criton's 1999 page to screen adaptation of Criton's book "Eaters of the Dead" The 13th Warrior. This movie is a shining example of how test screenings can really ruin a directors vision and cost a studio a lot of money. 12 Vikings enlist the assistance of Antonio Banderas, who's supposed to be from Baghdad, to save a kingdom in the north from a race of cannibalistic neanderthals known as the Wendol. Somewhat a parody of the Epic Poem: Beowulf, and somewhat a Frankenstein's monster of studio meddling, The 13th Warrior actually turns out to be a half decent flick, if you don't fall asleep during the first act.
