There's more to coming off of hormonal birth control than just stopping.... in fact, you want to prepare yourself the best way you can before stopping and that within itself will take some homework that you will need to do, ensuring you're doing everything right to support your body and management the stress on the body.

In this two part series, we discuss the ins and outs of coming off of hormonal birth control and how to prepare your body nutritionally and support the body's systems that may have been impacted because remember, hormonal birth control DOES NOT regulate hormones, it suppresses them, and the goal post birth control is to recover and heal those systems that have been suppressed  for however long you have been taking it.
