We are in the season where no one really cares about fat loss since we are in the holiday season, and if you're putting your fat loss goal on hold until the New Year, that's completely okay! The thing is though... how you start that fat loss really does matter and will be the determining factor on how well you succeed.
It's not about going 0-100 with starting on low kcals and high energy output, that's a recipe for a faster metabolic adaptation or "plateau" as a lot of folks refer to this as.
