Everyone likes showing the their lean bodies that they achieved through dieting, but no one really talks about the aftermath struggles post dieting, which is the hardest part.
On this episode, Gillis & Tarryn talk about how fat loss is the easy part, but the post diet is the hardest part because of the physiological impacts of being lean. Tarryn talks about her struggles post contest prep, how she felt, being out of control with food, and packing on weight too quickly.
We also discuss how we look internally after long-term diets, and how to go about post long-term fat loss phases/getting the leanest one has ever been because there is strategy to it, and gaining body fat too quickly can have negative consequences.
