We're kicking off season 2 with "the carb talk." So many people (ladies.... ) fear carbs or think that it's the only way to lose weight, which yes, you will lose weight, however, you will gave it all back once you go back to your normal eating habits.
One of the biggest questions we ask when people who want to follow extremes when it comes to dieting is : Can you see yourself making this a lifestyle and eating like this forever? If not, then your choice of "diet" is setting you up for failure post diet.
Be aware, this is a passionate topic, and f-bombs fly in this podcast... mostly by Tarryn... of course.
