On this informational /ranty *only because this is a topic that lights Tarryn's soul on fire* we talk all about the biggest mistakes women who are over 30 years old make - continuously going back and following the same diet they did in their 20's because it worked then but doesn't usually work now.
The longer the dieting history we have, the more our physiology/resiliency can change that does impact how we make progress or the lack thereof regardless of what you do.
Ladies...
We need to change.......
We need to do better.......
We need to actually LISTEN to all the great information out there, while not having these self-limited beliefs of "I can't do that; my body doesn't work like that; I can't eat more or I'll get fat," and save yourself the trouble/ more stress you're putting on your body.
