In Texas , Self-Defense is defined by the TX. Penal Code 9.31. What does this mean ? there are so many loop holes that self-defense is hard to be justified now.
1. Only use the minimum amount of force necessary for self-defense .
2. Reasonably believe that force was necessary to stop someone else's use of unlawful force.
3. Do not provoke the attack.
