Can you make a phone call to a ghost? What happens if there is an answer? In our story, “Dread Summons,” by Paul Ernst, a greedy, vengeful man regrets ever dialing the phone. Our story takes place in that “Toddlin’ Town,” Chicago, so we'll be taking a ghostly tour around the windy city.
