Fr Ikenna Okafor and Sr Mary Jane Aririguzo speak out on the rising violence in Nigeria and why they think priests and sisters in Nigeria have become targets of kidnappers in Nigeria. They speak on the need for a new leadership in Nigeria, a re-education of the entire populace and an ethical transformation of the country so that Nigerians can embrace the African value of fraternal solidarity, friendship and hospitality. Our two conversation partners have also offered some words of advice to the new Nigerian Cardinal, Peter Okpaleke on how to help heal a broken Nigerian society,  stop the persecution of Christians in Nigeria, and put an end to this cycle of violence, atrocities and exploitation of the poor and the senseless and inexcusable suffering of God's people in a richly blessed country, Nigeria.
