Preamble
Every organisation rises and falls on leadership. Stagnation, failure, disappointment, and other disorders within a team or an organisation are traceable to the values of those leading at a particular time. It is thus essential that leaders have the correct values – Godly values.
Questions
What are the impeccable values of authentic leaders?
Authentic leaders have impeccable values, which include recognising that a leadership team is more than the person leading it (1), leaders are needed at every level in an organisation (2), leading at one level prepare us to lead at the next level (3), and good leaders make better leaders when they are placed at the top of the pyramid. To lead like Jesus, we must be faithful to the nature of Christ in justice, respect and humility.
