Preamble
Everyone aiming to lead like Jesus will face challenges. Christians aiming to be authentic leaders may rejections and persecutions made worse by intense rivalry due to either inferiority or superiority complex.
Questions:
What are the common challenges faced by leaders in an organization?
What can Christians do to overcome common leadership challenges?
Authentic leaders must overcome challenges related to tension (1), frustration (2), multiple roles (3), Ego (4), fulfilment (5), vision (6), and influence (7). To lead like Jesus, we must trust God alone while seeking to add value to others without compromising to the point of iniquity.
