We now look at the days of Noah prior to the flood. It is critical that we glean thoroughly from this passage. Jesus stated that the days prior to His return would be just like the days of Noah. This passage makes it clear that we are living in the last of the last days.
While the information we have is minimal, it is enough to know that it was a time of unprecedented evil. It was a spiritually dark time. It was time when the wickedness of man was great throughout the entire earth. The state of man grieved the heart of God.
In all of this we have a brilliant glimmer heaven. But Noah found grace in the eyes of God. Noah did not earn or deserve the grace of God. God's grace found Noah.
God's grace will always rise victorious. God's grace triumphantly assures us that His will, His plans and His purpose will never fail.
