In this study we spend a great deal of time looking at the danger and great destructiveness of hypocrisy. It was a great danger in the days of Isaiah. It was a great danger in the days when Jesus ministered on the earth. And it is a great danger within the church today.
How is it that hypocrisy, being so devastating in all that it touches, somehow remains attractive to the masses drawing many into her toxic tenacles? We know that with in each one of us lives a hypocrite. How then are we able to protect ourselves from hypocrisy's lures?
Remember that we serve an awesome God who has saved us greatly. All his ways are righteous and just. We must draw near to God with our hearts. Where is your heart? We must be humble and broken before His glory and holiness. We must by faith walk in total obedience to His word regardless of cost or consequence. We must hear God's word, know God's word and obey God's word.
Keep your hand to the plough and don't look back. Our salvation draws near!
